Q : Why are your prices so low?
A : Our prices are low because we have found stable, resources, and developed by selling at medium prices. Once we had enough customers we lowered our prices to make it more open to the public.
Q : Do you offer Unlimited Disk Space & Bandwidth?
A : We are asked this question multiple times, and the answer will always be no. There is no such thing as an unlimited harddrive. Some companies offer unmetered bandwidth but nowhere that we have heard of offers unmetered disk space.
Q : How long is setup?
A : Setup can last upto 48 Hours. In special occasion e.g. Company Holiday, these setup times may take longer.
Q : What specifications do your servers have?
A : All of our services are run on Dual-Core servers with 2GB RAM+.
Q : Why don't you allow Adult content?
A : As a company, we don't believe in Adult content, and we don't want to be liable for any adult content hosted on our servers. If any adult content is found on your services, you will be immediately suspended, and possibly terminated.
Q : What payment methods do you accept?
A : Unfortunately, we currently only accept Paypal as a payment option. We soon hope to be offering other services such as MoneyBookers, Bank Transfer & Postal orders. But currently this is not an option.
Q : What happens if i can't afford my invoice?
A : A late fee of £3 will be charged after 5 days of non-payment. If the Fee is not paid within 10 days, your service may be terminated, and other under certain circumstances other punishment may occur.
Q : Do you allow paid software such as VBulletin etc.
A : This software is allowed as long as it is legally licensed. We work closely with these companies and if we find or suspect of any illegally licensed software, we will suspend your services and contact the company ASAP.
Q : What bandwidth limits are there on SHOUTCast, VoiceServers & Gameservers?
A : All 3 services are bought with unlimited bandwidth, but our services are subject to a fair usage policy.
