Contract Terms and Conditions for Dedicated Servers
Signup Length - 1.

1. Signup Length - 1.

   1. – When signing up to a Dedicated Server product from Xpert-Servers.net, you agree to the X amount of time contract as previously provided. This is a minimum of 32 days, extending to 24 months. If you select 3 months as your contract period you will contacted 1 month  before the contract period ends to ascertain whether or not you wish to extend your contract period. If you do not reply stating you wish to terminate 32 days before the end of contract, it will automatically be renewed
   1. – You agree to pay as per your selected invoice period. This is applicable at all times, and may only be changed with 32 days notice to Xpert-Servers.net
   2. – If you wish to stop the service before the end of the contract period you must give 1 months notice of cancellation. There is a cancellation fee equivalent of 1 months rental. There is no cancellation fee if you have only 1 full month left on your agreed contract. You will however have to pay for the final months rental.

   e.g. If you have a 6 month contract and you give notice during the 5th month that you will not be extending your contract you will only be liable for the usual rental for the final 6th Month.
   If however you have a 6 month contract and in the 3rd Month you give notice of termination you will be liable for the rental charges for the 4th month plus a cancellation fee of 1 months rental.

Support Provided – 2.
2.1 – Xpert-Servers.net may provide support under its own discretion, we are of no means obligated to offer Installation of files, GameServers, Driver installation, file downloads etc.
2.2 – Xpert-Servers.net will provide support for problems which may occur such as network downtime, hardware failure, power outage etc. Upon these problems occurring, you must notify us, if un-notified we cannot be held responsible for downtime of your server. Upon notification, we will contact the datacenter technical support and get it fixed ASAP.
2.3 – Xpert-Servers.net may impose a charge at any time for any specific support you may ask for, this charge can vary at Xpert-Servers.net’s discretion.

Unacceptable Attitude and Use of Service – 3.
3.1 – Xpert-Servers.net does not tolerate abuse and/or violence towards the company, and/or any member of staff. We do not tolerate rude behaviour in any form.
3.2 – Rude behaviour may lead to loss of services, an imposed fine of up to £500, and termination of your service.
3.3 – You must comply and follow all terms stated in this contract, not doing so may lead to termination, fees, and/or suspension.
3.4 – You must NOT promote or propagate warez, cracks, keycodes, pirated software, copyrighted material, pornography, IRC, or other illegal activities on our hardware, or our network.
3.5 – You must not take part in activities including DDOS attacks, Spam, Hacks, or any similar activites are NOT accepted at all.

Cancellations and/or Refunds – 4.
4.1 – Cancellations must be provided to Xpert-Servers.net via the billing system on the website, you must provide 32 days cancellation notice. If an invoice is generated before the 32day period has ended, you are obligated to pay that invoice.
4.2 – Refunds are NOT provided at any time for Dedicated Servers.
4.3 – Unpaid Invoices must be paid before or on the due date, once they are overdue, a late fee will be added ontop of the invoice price after 5 days, after 7 days a charge of £5 per day will be added ontop of the invoice price.
4.4 – Xpert-Servers.net may take legal action upon the refusal to pay an invoice as incompliance with this contract. Xpert-Servers.net may take legal action, charge fees, check your systems on the server at its own discretion if we have reason to believe you are violating this contract.

Use of Server – 5.
5.1 – Your dedicated server may only be used for legal purposes.
5.2 – You are liable to get all correct licenses in order to host services, such as TCAdmin for GameServers. Fake licenses may result in suspension, termination, fees, and reporting to the correct authorities.

Other Terms & Conditions – 6.
6.1 – You agree to all our standard Terms of Service which can be located on our website.
6.2 – You agree that the Standard Terms of Service may be altered at any time within Xpert-Servers.net’s discretion.
6.3 – You agree to NOT headhunt our customers. This means you cannot offer them services, offer them cheaper pricing, offer them part of your services for free etc.
6.4 – You agree that only YOU may have main access to the server. For example, you cannot rent out ‘half’ or ‘part’ of the server to somebody else to allow them to install gameserver services. Doing so may result in suspension, termination, fees of an unlimited amount, all without refund.Unless you have written prior consent from Xpert-Servers.net
6.5 – You agree to supply login details when required to Xpert-Servers.net, this may be for multiple reasons such as coding errors, scheduled checks etc.
6.6 – You agree that Xpert-Servers.net may supply your personal information to the authorities when required.

Any breach of these terms and conditions may lead to serious review of the status of the customers account, which may lead to suspension, termination, fees of an unlimited amount all without refund.
